Is anyone else feeling like this today?

I woke up at 6:30am this morning, full of life and ready to take on my day. This week has been so busy and so productive that I haven't had time to sleep so by 9am I was literally like zombie. 

 

I could have decided to take a chill day but nope I wasn't giving in. I got up, went outside for a 20 minute walk (a slow one) and structured my thoughts. I set myself a goal for today. "If I can do ONE thing today, what would it be?"

I came home, took an A4 piece of paper and wrote just ONE thing that I needed to accomplish today. 
 

It is now 10:30am and I have already accomplished my to do list for the day however because I achieved it, I have now moved on to the rest of my tasks with pride and with a feeling of empowerment.

 
The moral of the story: Go as long as you can, then take another step!
