How you feel in a certain situation is up to you. Sounds annoying and hard right? Honestly, how others make you feel is your own doing.
We have all been in a situation where we get annoyed, frustrated, disappointed and sometimes hurt by others yes? We sometimes respond to these situations by acting out, getting upset, feeling irritated and so on. Well, what if I told you that you can change those 'irriatating' feelings into amazing, learning and positive lessons?
When someone does something that isn't quite what you would do, firstly before you react take 3 slow breaths and then ask yourself the following; "Why does this annoy me?" "How can I change the situation?" "What can I learn from this?".
This takes a lot of control to do this but I bet when you ask yourself those questions your blood pressure will remain balanced and so will your mood. It is up to you how you react in situations. It is up to you how the actions of others make you feel.
Who has the power over your emotions? You do. So stop giving the power away.
