Feeling tired, stressed, overwhelmed and don't even know where to begin with the mountain of tasks you have to achieve?

When we have so much to do and so much to achieve it can be quite hard to even know where to begin with it all. Your To-Do list just keeps on growing. Just break it down! Let me give you an example; when you are cooking a meal you have to gather the list of all of the ingredients required to prepare the perfect meal yes? Well why can't we do the same with each job that must do? Again, break it down. At the end of each week why don't you prepare a list of topics that you have to achieve for the week ahead. With each topic break it down further with a step by step guide on how you will achieve what needs to be done. When you do this, you have a natural guide that you need to follow in order to feel like you are achieving and reaching your goals.
