It is that time of year again where we are writing our to-do lists, setting goals for 2018 and making our dreading New Year resolutions that (if we are honest) we never keep for more than a month.
How would you like this year to be different? How would you like to actually stick to your resolutions in the New Year?
2017 has been an extremely tough year for me in regards to my health. I have had pain and aches throughout the year which lead to a lot of hospital visits and surgery, which made me feel like I had no control over my body... upsetting and annoying! Since January 2017, I have been on a rollercoaster of a ride, travelling, working, and simply pushing myself way too hard without actually taking time to nurture myself. THAT STOPS NOW!
It is time to go back to basics.
I have decided that 2018 is going to be the year where I focus very deeply and passionately on getting my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health to where I feel it needs to be. To a place where I feel connected, at one with myself, truly fulfilled, high in energy and just, well just happy. How would you like to do this with me?
From tomorrow, 1st of January 2018, I will be taking action! I will be sharing tips on;
- How to set goals
- How to stay motivated
- How to meditate and connect to your spirit
- I will create specific meditations for different emotions/ different goals
- Tips on how to overcome anxiety, depression and low self esteem
- How to tap into your ability to manifest all that you desire
- I will be talking with fitness, nutritionists and alternative health gurus and gaining as much information for you as you need to help you on this journey back to you
- and I will be making all of these changes with YOU, we can do it together!
Time is the most precious gift, a gift we don't have much of. Let's make this time count and make YOU a priority in 2018.
