This weeks question reads; "how do I know what's right for me?"
We all come to a cross roads in our lives at some point or another. Over numerous occasions, we will be presented with challenges and opportunities that we will have to decide what road to take. But how do we know if our decisions are the "right" ones?!
Take out a pen and paper and write down the different scenarios or the options you have in front of you. Be specific. Write down the facts of each situation and write down how it will benefit you. Take time to connect to each scenario and monitor how your body feels whilst doing so.
- Does your stomach tighten?
- Do you feel excited?
- Do your shoulders feel tense or do you feel a sense of dread in the pit of your stomach?
- Do you feel happy, uplifted and ready to go?
Your body has all of the answers. Whatever you think, you become. Your true emotions will show themselves when you connect to your breath and listen to your body. Take time to connect to it.
