How my journey began

Grab a cuppa because I can never make a long story short!

I am on a mission to make Intuitive living easy and the new normal.

With energy healing, intuitive readings, workshops, retreats, events, oracle cards, intuitive journals ‘The Guides’ and intuitive products, you will learn how to feel grounded, empowered, and strong as you prioritize what’s important in life so that you will feel emotionally and intuitively free to be you. This will support you as learn to be less reactive and more proactive in all of your life’s decisions and experiences.

But here is a little bit more about how I do that:

I am going to try to turn a lifetime experience into one story, here it goes! I have always had a heightened gift of intuition whereby I can read energies. I connected with my Spirit Guides and Angels from a young age and have been talking to them, well, since I could talk. I have always connected with Angels and I have always been able to just ‘know’ things about people, things I just shouldn’t or couldn’t possibly have known. I can tell you exactly what I am feeling from your body/ energy on both an emotional and physical level and then based on what your Angels and Guides tell me, we will then create a structured plan to help you achieve what you wish to achieve, I am an empath, clairvoyant, (see things) clairsentience (feel things) and I have a gift of being a claircognizance (know things). Since childhood, I have been known as little miss sunshine and I have always had a passion for making others feel; dare I say it?... happy. I truly believe you can have or be anyone you want and I am living proof of this!

I have had numerous obstacles that I have had to overcome throughout my life such as severe anxiety, low self-esteem, low confidence, lack of clarity about what I wanted in life, and like everyone, the daily surprises that life has to offer us. I am a firm believer that obstacles are just opportunities in disguise and I do support you as you work with your shadow self and with your Ancestors to clean your DNA and reprogramme your belief system. My life purpose was not always exactly clear but I remember since the day I could talk I started saying that one day, I will own my own business and now, well…. here I am!

What is an Angel reading or healing?

An Angel healing or reading is when the channel, in this case, Sinéad connects with light, Angelic energy to receive guidance and support for you on how to can feel light within. The aim of the reading is to guide you back to your heart so that you can feel like the best version of yourself. Throughout a reading, Sinead will relay insights from the Angels as they provide tools and techniques to support you as you balance your mind, heart, and soul. Angel readings guide you to becoming more spiritual in yourself. They allow you to see from a place of love and release energy that is holding you back or stopping you from being the best version of yourself.

This differs from a psychic or mediumship reading. Both can happen in reading with Sinead but her main focus is to connect with Angels and work from a place of love. If you are looking for a psychic or mediumship reading then this might not be for you.

What I have studied and will continue to study:

From studying Business Law and Legal Studies, Beauty Therapy, a multitude of Alternative Therapies, numerous massage modalities, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, a variety of philosophies such as Ayurvedic studies and TCM, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Counselling, Reiki, Energy Healing, Guided Meditation, Ancestral healing, Angel Therapy, Oracle Card Mastery, Rahanni Celestial Healing, Yin Yoga, Sound Therapy, and Sound Healing, I have and always will thrive to learn and develop my skill set as much as I can. I believe that knowledge is key and in conjunction with my intuition, I will be able to share all of my knowledge and intuitive guidance with you in order to help you in any way that I can.

I have been awarded four separate awards since launching my business a few short years ago. ‘Woman's Mentor of the Year’ 2016 and second ‘Best Practitioner’ 2017 and ‘Best New Business’ 2017, ‘Best in Wellness’ from the Irish Tatler Spa awards with my collaboration with Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort 2019 and nominated for ‘Inspirational Therapist of the year’ 2019. I am only receiving these awards from the results that you are receiving because of the work that you are doing to change and enhance your life. So, I would like to take this time to thank you and I dedicate these awards to you.

Sinéad collaborated with Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort, a 5 star hotel in Wicklow, Ireland. Together, they created a wellness package like no other. A package combining Sinead’s Intuitive Healing and a tailored treatment plan that Sinead creates after reading the energy of the guest. Including delicious food from The Happy Pear, & an overnight stay in the stunning hotel.
